FOUR Tendencies personality framework

The Four Tendencies is a personality framework that focuses on how individuals respond to expectations, including meeting deadlines and responding to decision points.  As a Four Tendencies Certified Facilitator, Meredith can utilize this framework to build a shared language within the team, gain an understanding of how the team operates, and help identify the project management approaches and communications/conflict resolution tools that align best to ensure project success.
